The guy he fought wasn't that good, but he looked good. I haven't seen him fight before and the announcers sounded impressed with his performance and were saying that was the best they have ever seen him look. He seemed controlled and relaxed and threw short hard punches. With the work Ronnie has been doing with Diaz it seems Vanes made the right choice. Im looking forward to watching him fight in the future.

Vanes looked good, as expected. I am not a fan yet, (not jumping on his wagon) but if he keeps it up, he will come big. Stop the criticism with the opponent. Everyone must beat bums in order to get ranked. The ones that can't beat the bums are the ones you never hear from. Would like to see him on a 10 rounds fight, maybe JCC Jr. or the last guy JJC Jr. beated up.
