Boxings Rules make it an art, and a much tougher sport to get to the top.

You dont see 9 - 4 guys upsetting a top P4P fighter in boxing.

exactly, IMO that shows that boxing is something you have to work really hard to be good in it.

9-4 guys don't fight the top p4p fighter in the world either.
It also shows that the skill level is so even that even the so called bums are still at that highest of levels.

you actually get hurt more with the big gloves
they only wear those little tiny 6 ounce gloves or whatever in MMA to protect hands.
if u get rocked with those little gloves u go down but then its over, its not the same as getting punched in the face for 30 minutes with padded gloves.it rattles your brain way more does way more brain damage you just cant tell cause you dont bruise up as much its all internal.

they just think boxings not as entertaining because its more like chess then checkers... but i disagree nothing is worse than watching two dudes just lay on the ground trying to get a better hold.
alot of the guys in the ufc say they like wrestling cause then their face doesnt get all ****ed up, thats y they take it to the ground instead of trade shots

Or maybe that level just isn't that high. I take that back there are MMA fighters that, in their respective arts, are as good as the best boxers in the world. That being said you STILL don't see any 9-4 guys beating a top fighter.

think of all the sick athletes boxing has...floyd mayweather, zab judah, klitschko (man is fast as hell for his size), pacquaio, etc etc...all these ****ers are amazing athletes (fast, powerful, explosive, etc..).

In UFC you have roughly only a couple guys who are amazing athletes and they dominate the sport. The rest are basically bar brawlers to me....all the UFC has is Anderson Silva, GSP, Hughes, BJ Penn and Sherk.

They don't fight them, Leon Spinks beat Ali, Hopkins lost his first fight to someone with that type of fighter, David Reid was beat by a fireman.
It does happen but it doesn't happen on HBO is all.

Glen Johnson ko'd Roy Jones with a horrid record.
                  Baldo beat Zab.

I personally went to a mma gym to see how hard it would be to avoid the take downs. Let me tell you I was surprised at how easy I actually avoided them. I was a boxer once and I didnt have any problem avoiding take downs. These lame ass muscle headed dudes are so ****ing ******. Just watch any fight and watch what they do when someone tries to shoot at their legs, they have no footwork what so ever. Boxing is a sport with class, money, and fame. Boxing forever you nutt hugging ******.

I think people should try boxing before they decide on whether or not it is tough...
