Bob Arum is the biggest bull****ter in the sport.
Fact is, Floyd refuses to deal with Bob Arum because of their troubled history, and has never, and probably will never, fight a Bob Arum fighter.
If Tony really wanted that fight he would have gotten rid of Arum and taken on another promoter, because he, and the entire world (except for you, apparently) knows Floyd refused to do business with Arum after their fallout.

Indeed, I was thinking about the original offer that led to the buyout.
That is an interesting article, and Arum is great at making it look like Floyd ducked Margarito. And it does appear that Floyd "ducked" Tony, but thats only if you believe the **** that Bob Arum says.

-Arum was penalized $125000 by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for a 1995 bribe to get a fight sanctioned.
-2007 accusations of "sucking the life out of the sport and not putting anything back in, and unethical behavior.
-Arum has been accused of being racist by Robert Lee, disgraced former head of the I.B.F. Lee said: "I pin the racism charge on him because he once told me: `We will let the Blacks and the Latinos fight in the ring and we will count the money on the outside'

-Goossen said it best: “It’s obvious Bob hasn’t learned one thing from his latest bag of false and inaccurate accusations..."

Bob Arum only made Margo fight Paul Williams when the WBO made a threat to take away his title for not fighting his mandatory. So looks what happens next after Margo lose to Williams, Arum puts him in with Golden over the hill - never has been Johnson

and now Arum says because of what Margo did to Johnson he is back to being a serious contender and now everyone is ducking him again. It gives boxing a bad look with promoters trying to position guys who are unworthy for title shots that they do not deserve.

And Floyds career has absolutly exploded after dropping Arum, the DLH and Hatton fights and the national exposure he has recieved goes to show that Mayweather is a better promoter than Arum.
