If you're going to throw big names out there that Ali fought I would leave Leon Spinks out.

He only had 7 pro fights before he fought Ali. Can you picture anyone getting a world title fight when they've only fought professionally 7 times??

He had many other great names but Neon Leon Spinks isn't one of them. http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php...=262&cat=boxer

          myths

I do think tyson could beat anyone in his prime if you want to call it that. I mean he was only 20 or 21 yrs old when he was at his best is that really his prime? I argue tyson never fought in his prime because of the jail time. But he was the greatest combination of power and speed that there has ever been

A bunch of big punchers in the 80's 'Bruno,Tyson ect', took a 'PSI' punching power test.

'Pound for pound' is a real title with real rankings.

Yes, Tyson was at his prime at 21. He peaked early and burned out early. Lewis peaked late and was effective in his mid 30's. Not everyone runs on the same timetable. We saw the best of Tyson, and can draw whatever conclusions from that. Anything after the Spinks fight was the start of his skid, prison time or not.
