No, that would be Cintron. Judah was a legitimate champ, Baldy beat a legitimate champ. Cintron lost to Marg by quitting and crying, won Floyd's leftover vacant belt, and almost just lost to a bum. The is the best guy Marg ever beat (with out any technicalities).
