Ricky Hatton IS A Clubfighter

If you slow the footage down you will see nothing landed in that first round when Floyd was off balance. Let me guess youre from Wales and probably even after seeing Ricky get KNOCKED OUT, think he slipped like the comic relief he provided to Merchant. Except for the money Floyd provided Ricky, he should have stayed in Europe, preferably Manchester. Roger was right in that he is a face first fighter. What skilled fighter keeps his guard behind his head, how moronic is that.

You have to jab your way in with your guard up. You think youre gonna beat Floyd by throwing hooks? He can see that wide ****. Get a clue. You saw what happened without a jab from Ricky didnt you? I know what style Floyd has the most problems with, right hands wont work. In the second Peter/Toney fight, Peter's camp understood the jab to the body and then backing up would be effective. Clubfighters are guys that work hard but almost always fail at the highest level. They aren't guys who go 43-0 and win world titles against future hall of famers. The term "clubfighter" has to do with the level of talent, not the style of fighting.

Ricky DID jab and jab his way in, but you cant expect to win the fight off a jab when you have a 6 inch advantage.

Yet his head clearly rocked backwards with the force of the punch? You should quit now, before you embarrass yourself anymore than you already have.

Edit: You do know that Ricky is from England and not Wales dont you? Oh, BTW you should be a detective. I cant believe you "guessed" I live in Wales as easily as you did, its almost as if I typed it under the heading "Location".
