Paul the Punisher Williams but sadly i don't see him staying at 147 too long he is a freak at that weight.

Seeing as how he weighed 162 vs Margarito fight night, he probably has 3 or 4 fights left in him at WW max.

If Williams stays a WW and assuming Floyd retires before losing, I'd say Williams. Cotto might have a hard time lasting long with his style.
