This proves beyond a Doubt.. That Mayweather does not have the Pulling power he thinks he does..
The UK buys were more at 900,000.. and the UK only has a 5th of the USA's population..

Nice way to avoid MY question. Nonetheless, ANY PPV he's been in SINCE Gatti, was done decently enough.

He fought Baldy to decent numbers, Judah to decent numbers, and now Hatton to decent numbers.

ALSO, De la Hoya only got 900,000 with Mayorga (not ONLY, but you should know what I mean) and only got 2.4 with Mayweather. Closest he got otherwise was with Trinidad.

I hate to quote Mayweather, because he is generally ******. Nonetheless..

Baldy, Judah, De La Hoya, Hatton, Gatti.. All got paid the most, AND got the best numbers with him. That's a bit too much evidence to consider it all just dumb ****in' luck.

Gatti, Hatton, and Baldy actually were never ON PPV before Mayweather. (In a headlining act, especially).

But, of course. I'm only saying this because I'm crazy. This couldn't be true at all.

And a 20th of the topnotch boxers they have to shell money out for. And a 10th of the price to pay for said event.

850,000 with much hype and 24/7 is ok, but nothing special. Floyd is no way the draw he thinks he should be.
Cotto-Mosley making 500k wihout much promo (and 24/7) is more impressive in my eyes.

I'd agree with that. Nonetheless, it's still impressive.

Looks like Floyd is not nearly the draw he thought he was. Pretty sad when the U.K. does bigger numbers than the U.S., when the supposed "best fighter in the world" (from the U.S.) is fighting. I seriously doubt 25,000 Floyd fans are going to travel half way around the world to see Floyd.

Proof positive that Oscar was much more of a draw in their fight (we already knew he was more of a draw.)

The fact of the matter Is even In defeat Hattons stock and popularity has gone up.Hatton gave such a courageous effort that people that have never seen or heard of him before are now fans and would more than likley purchase his future fights.Floyd on the other Is a loud mouth arrogant, flashy,no good **** smoker who will always be the villian In his fights due to his I am better than you because I have alot of money attitude. The majority of the people pretty much want a champion that Is just a down to earth have a beer with you kind of guy. From this point on the majority of people that order a Mayweather fight are doing so In hopes someone will pull off the miracle of all maricles and beat Floyd Mayweather and unfortunatley there Is no one that even has a shot at this point besides maybe Oscar De La Hoya.
