they offered that amount because they knew the coward mayweather was scared of margarito and they thought it would be enough to make the fight. obviously there is no amount of money in the world that would make mayweather fight the tijuana tornado.Right. Because you've done a case study and figured out the exact numbers. What fans paid for what..... Shut up, you biased prick.
If Mayweather ISN'T a draw then why did your husband Margarito and Bob Arum offer to pay him 8 million BEFORE Oscar? Because they WOULDN'T get a return?
God, you're a moron. Go kill yourself.Comment

Im not giving Mayweather no credit, but he doesnt deserve as much as Hatton because he was not the draw in that fight. It was free on HBO so you'd figure more people would have watched it.
They were BOTH draws, but giving Mayweather no credit is ridiculous (which is my point). Hatton got rich from fighting mayweather, if hatton fights anyone else (besides de la hoya) he's not making nearly as much. simple logic.Comment

And where is your proof of that?
He's never had an American PPV. Never sold out an American venue. And all of a sudden has 850,000 American fans? Right. And I'm the idiot who's going to buy that.Comment

Right, so Williams fought him for less and schooled him.
Moving right along.Comment

These are rough numbers. Meaning, SURPRISINGLY it's not exact. They are roughly the same, actually. Except that if Hatton fought Castillo on PPV over there, the fight dips from that number. And Mayweather only previously got those mnumbers with Mayweather. Therefore, they both need eachother.
Jesus, haters cling to ANYTHING.Comment

being the best p4p fighter in the WORLD...YOU WOULD THINK after Dancing with the stars and 24/7 ..this would sell more..
Dela sold that much fighting Mayo with no dancing show and 24/7

Well, since you are the one asking for proof, prove that Mayweather was the draw please?
And none of this De La Hoya numbers bollocks, everyone knows the reason that fight did so well was the "De La Hoya Factor"Comment
