Floyd got a very SMALL slice of the promotional cut as part of his contract, as did a half-dozen other "promotions." GBP promoted the fight.

Hatton likely made twice what Floyd did on this fight.

this is all your opinion. The Header of the fight said brought to you by Goldenboy/Mayweather promotions. Promotions are usually listed in order of importance (contribution). I don't how much Floyd Promotions made, but I doubt it was a very small slice of the promotional cut.
For an organization that's not functional, Mayweather Promotion is also promoting Mariah Carey, Chris Brown and Mary J. Blige tours. I don't know about you, but that's not too shabby. Y'all dislike mayweather so much that y'all just look for reasons to discredit him. How many other fighters got their own promotion? Like it or not, the guy is making big moves.

People are forgetting that the fight in the uk was on at half past 4 in the morning. If this fight was on prime time then it would have done 1.5 million easily

mayweather fans lack plain and basic common sense. mayweather said hatton is the biggest fight he could make because he is the second biggest draw in the world right now. we saw that arena packed with hatton fans and the ppv did more buys in uk than in america.

They need to post a complete researched article somewhere. If the reports out there are correct there were over 900K (non-HBO) PPV buys in the UK. If this is true, the total tally would be over 1.75 million. Can anyone confirm?
