Jeff Lacy Not Against Edison Miranda Clash in 08

The problem with Jeff isn't just the muscle mass, he's always been a huge SMW and he never really had any speed. The biggest problem with this guy is that he relies on his punching because he simply can't box. I don't see Manfredo as a great boxer, although not at all bad, but he outboxed Lacy. A former champion who was favored against the reigning undisputed champ could've lost to Manfredo if he wouldnt have traded with him! I think that's disgraceful.

Miranda would systematically rip him apart, although not in a Calzaghe fashion and Lacy's got a great chin so I don't see him getting KOed.

Manfredo is a lil cry baby ***** that has no skills!!! David banks gave him alot of trouble... with roach in his corner or not he still going to be a nobody!! I think I would want to see lacy-miranda... instead of Lacy-tarver. Tarver jus wants to fight lacy cuase he thinks hes an easy opponent and he gots the name.. He's jus ducking dawson... Dawson would end his career and tarver knows that..

didnt he hurt his shoulder in the first few rounds. i dont think i would say lacy is finished yet if he can get a few wins and shake of the ring rust he could well win another title. you cant be a bum if you have world title.

I think Miranda would bring more out of Lacy than Manfredo did, either that or Jeff'll be tasting the canvas. Either way, should be an entertaining fight.

Theres a fine line between courage and ******ity. Jeff Lacy crossed that line and then some.

And he didnt really "come back", hes been scared to throw too many punches in case someone opens him up again like Joe did, Jeff Lacy is shot, he should retire like a man before he gets hurt, and thats showing no disrespect, he really isnt the fighter he once was.

in the Vitaly fight he should have not even fought his shoulder was just that bad... he hasn't fought in a long time and still managed to pull a win over mafredo

i agree that joe "ruined" him but lacy is no bum... atleast for now
