This is another pathetic excuse from Team Hatton, I mean to you your Attorney to fight your battles for you says alot...Witter hasnt trashtalk Hatton he just offered him a fight for the WBC belt which he was entitle to. This payday excuse is wearing thin now..Witter has alway wanted to fight Hatton even when Hatton wasnt a payday like 6 years ago so the payday excuse is just BS..They should just come out and tell the fans they dont fancy there chances against Witter....gavin rees says he want the fight, Paulie says he wants the fight so why cant Witter said the samething?

Why has Witter not had a unification fight yet? He should be going after Paulie and the winner would force Hattons' hand owning 2/3 of the major titles. If both Malinaggi and Witter want Hatton they should earn it by fighting each other first.

I dont understand why Witter hasnt fought the likes of Ricardo torres or Gavin rees, He last fought in september and i bet they could have offer those 2 above a fight for january 08, Paulie M cant take anymore fight till the end of december since he has Herman Nguodjo in front of him in Jan 08 and Lovemore Ndou waiting in the wings next.. if hatton doesnt fight Witter soon then this would look bad.

Yeah, Witter has the WBC title the best title in the division, the division which Hatton is returning to. Hatton wants Paulie, a much easier fight for him.

For years witter has been trying to get a shot at Hatton, but up until now I don't think it should have happened. Now is the time to make this fight. I'm not really a fan of Witter the boxer or the person but he was told that to get a shot at Hatton he would need to win a world title, he's done that. There should be no more excuses from the Hatton camp and the fight should be made.

Witter wanted to fight Hatton from the beginning because Hatton was always a bigger name. It's always been a payday thing. Of course Witter now is making as much money from fights as he would have been if he fought Hatton six years ago. But six years ago he was making peanuts. Witter has used the ugliest methods to "call out" Hatton including grabbing the microphone while Hattonw as being interviewed. His antics have led Hatton to not want to give him the benefit of the opportunity. If Witter unified a title and shut up about Ricky Hatton for five minutes then there's a possibility of this fight being made, but if he continues to stomp his feet like a three year old it just won't happen.
