Shoulda, coulda, woulda. That argument could be used with anybody.

'Zab coulda beat Floyd if... blah blah blah...'

I tend to agree. Floyd would play the aggressor in that one, and while eating some shots, would land the more meaningful ones.

You know, i was never a fan of Cory Spinks nor did i respect him much but man, that guy has got my full respect, goes up to 154 wins even if barrely, then almost beat the middleweight champion. He has balls some that he should give away to floyd and back then i was not liking a Spinks v. Maywweather fight but now, why not. Let this fight happen, but problem would be is mayweather wants to get paid even if it is against soft handed Spinks. It would be an interesting fight i wouldn't mind to see. Mayweather runs on fighters, but he'd have to face the version of him in Spinks this fight should happen. To bad it wont, he never fought Casamayor at 130, i doubt this one happens.

Zab fadded in the Mayweather fight, just like hes been doing for the past few years. in a pure boxing match, i just can't see Floyd out boxing Spinks.

I think the threadstarter was asking people who know what they're talking about, so you don't really fit in.

You forget to mention that Spinks beat Judah almost too easy the first time around, it took him the rematch to catch Spinks.

Wouldn't happen, man. For one, Spinks frustrated Judah in their first fight. It took a loss for Zab to realize that he'd have to hunt Spinks down. Even for a speedster like Zab, it was hard to outbox Spinks. And this is a guy who outboxed Mayweather when his stamina held up. So Floyd would have to mimic his fight with Zab to win this one.

I keep seeing posts on who their prototypical boxer or boxing style is to beat PBF. Just stop, there is no outboxing him. He can fight on the outside, inside, wherever. He'll feast on you whether you are aggressive or play it defensively. He's faced every style now, and has come out on top every time.

The only way knock him TFO. And even that will take a one in a million punch.
ugh.. De La Hoya almost did and lost by a a round on each scorecard.
