    You can't outbox Mayweather

It's just not possible. He has the best pure boxing skills maybe ever. No boxer alive right now comes close, that's for sure.

I keep seeing posts on who their prototypical boxer or boxing style is to beat PBF. Just stop, there is no outboxing him. He can fight on the outside, inside, wherever. He'll feast on you whether you are aggressive or play it defensively. He's faced every style now, and has come out on top every time.

The only way knock him TFO. And even that will take a one in a million punch.

So you think Floyd would outbox a prime Tommy Hearns at 147? If you say yes there is no saving you.

I definatly think he would outbox him. I think Hearns is a beast but Floyd is a better boxer. Now does that means he would win? No because WW was Hearns 1st and natural division while 130 was Floyd's but if your talking about just as a pure boxer P4P then I do think Floyd is a better boxer. Hearns was sweet though. He definatly didnt have the D that Floyd did

How would Floyd do it? Explain. Hearns had a far better reach, his punches were just as fast, he had WAY better power to keep Floyd at bay, and his jab was one of the very best ever. What does Floyd do? Hearns was outboxing Leonard pretty handily, who is better than Floyd at everything other than defense. Please tell me Floyd's approach to even fighting Hearns.

hatton could beat PBF is he used his brains and not jusst go gung ho constantly. Picking his time sensibly to close the gap where he can unload his body punches like he used to. Break his rhythm up a bit and not get predictable.

i agree, i mean even sugar Ray Leonard didn't out box him. Ray had to turn puncher and knock Hearns out because Hearns would out box him. same thing with Hagler.

Floyd would probably switch tactics like Zab did against Corey. He'd have to become more agressive.

Floyd adjusted to Zab and stalked him when he saw that it would be difficult to box with him. Same story would be true for a fight with Spinks.
