Cotto is so funny. He makes it sound like he's been calling Floyd out for years. He never even said Floyd's name until like the last few months and Arum never talked about Floyd-Cotto until Floyd left and started dissing him. When Floyd was at 140 you never heard Arum talk about that matchup so its funny how they try to make it seem like theyve been calling him out for years

True, he has not called out MayWeather for years. Then again, he had for the last year. Fighting Hatton instead of Cotto, shows he is not ready to fight for Glory. All the great Ones fought the best. Someone posted in another thread the following respectable names in Floyd's record. Old Gatti, Chavez, Manfredy, Hernandez, Baldomir and Hatton. Floyd doesn't deserves to be included in the greatest list. Anyway, back to the subject. It's common knowledge that Cotto was not ready 2-3 years ago.

I still don't know why you guys get so caught up in what Sinclair says! I'm SURE Floyd will fight Cotto, i'm not sure Cotto beats him though. Cotto does has the tools, no question! (technique, patience/resolve, heart, jab, power) I can see Leonard v Hagler all over again! Where instead of Cotto using effective agression jabbing his way in the floyd's chest staying on him all night, I can see Cotto standing right in front of floyd trying to out-think/box Floyd & lose a clear decision b/c of it!
