Have Brits Lost Love for Hatton?

After being defeated convincingly by Mayweather I'm wondering if the Brits are beginning to lose love for Hatton after seeing a video from this obnoxious, racist character:

It would be a shame if this is the general consensus. Hatton tried his best so what more can you ask of him? He's just clearly not as talented as Mayweather, the P4P #1, and as the British Sky Sports presenters said when I saw that version of the fight: "nobody could have beaten Mayweather tonight".

I doubt they would. He didn't die wondering in that fight at least. He toke chances, DLH didn't take those sort of chances against Floyd. I have more respect for Hatton's attempt to beat Floyd than Oscar's. It's not like he got beat by Ben Tackie or someone like that.

He's telling Hatton to "F*** off" a lot.. saying he "shouldn't go back to England", and saying "that's not how you fight in Manchester".. he says a lot of derogatory things towards Hatton calling him a "f**kin c**t" many many times. Very unfair and unnecessary, it would be a shame to see people switch like this after Hatton ultimately fought his heart out.

Please. No one's switching. Only haters and you get them everywhere. Some sports writers have been a little condescending too. But the fans know who took the fight to who in there. Ricky's no coward.

you know its funny, our sporting teams never really win anything, from football to cricket etc etc, yet we still turn up in ridiculous numbers to support them, it will be the same for ricky

Its easier dissing people behind the computer than to actually get in the ring and fight... ask him to fight Floyd and it'll probably be 10X worse then when Gatti stepped in the ring with Money Mayweather

Never lose my 'love' for Hatton. He was beaten by the much better man, but he will bounce back and dominate at 140 again.
