Run and jump rope to build your stamina. Check out the gym too, remember everyone there had to start somewhere. The instructor there can probably help you lose weight in a safe manner too.

That's my weight, I'm 6' tall.
Go to the gym and talk to a trainer, they'll teach you how to box and help you get in shape.Comment

How old are you? I considered taking it up when I was 18, but decided that that was too late of a start.Theres a boxing place here me but im not sure if i should do it..im a bit fat so i dont know if ill do able to do the training stuff...i cant do press ups but i can do sit ups loll....but i am good with tactal stuff and i got a hard punch i can also take a punch..
i dont know what to do i dont want to go there n look like a twat and cant even do a push up... Very Happy
im 14 stone at the moment and about 5 ft 5
