roy jones is IMO. floyd is second.

Roy was great but dont have the tactical fighting brain Floyd has , PBF is like a chess master that waists nothing , the subtle things he does are amazing , Roy was more showboat and had more power and pretty much equal on speed , Id edge it to Floyd but geez both great fighters .
