Cotto with slow feet and bad chin and cuts easy is someone Floyd should be facing, but isnt! How come? Surely if he were that bad Floyd would take the fight and whoop him to shut everyone up wouldn't he?

It's not about how he won the title (I blv he beat Quintana for it or Paulie) but that's beside the point, he beats whoever is put in front of him and now he's champion wanting to unify, smt wrong with that?
Listen, Zab was exposed sir. Watch the fight and you will see. The first four rounds MEANS nothing! What was the outcome? The reason why I pointed out those things about Cotto is because, you like other people have jumped on the Cotto Train for him to defeat Mayweather. In doing so, I was trying to figure out, what tools he has to beat Floyd. Just because you talk about it means nothing. Once all the talking has been done, Cotto, not me or you, have to fight Mayweather and vice versa. Don't think that Cotto has the antidote. Don't be fooled by what the press tells you and what you see. Mayweather can adjust to whatever his opponent throws his face. Tell me this, do you believe that Cotto can beat Paul Williams, or Marg? One again, who did he beat to become welterweight champ? You still haven't answered sir.

I did answer it. He beat Quintana (who is now fighting Paul Williams!). Then he beat Judah, Mosley and Urkal coz he was a mandatory (something Floyd doesnt care about it)

Cotto kills Williams to that 2 meter long body of his! Williams body is waaaaay to open for a bodypuncher like Cotto and he hits like a ****ing girl. Cotto would walk right through the punches of Williams (just like Tony did).

Margarito vs Cotto would be war (I don't know who would win it).

The way to beat Floyd is to pressure him and work his body to slow his ass down coz of his great stamina. Cotto has the tools to do this. Floyd can't hurt Cotto with his women like power. When was the last time Floyd hurt anybody? Hatton is jr. welterweight and i think he was more hurt by the ringpost than the punch. Besides that who did he KO or truly hurt recently??

Ok, I hear ya. He beat Quintana. You are right. I just wanted to know, if you knew what you were talking about. I don't know if Cotto kills Williams. Because you have to remember that Williams has a VERY HIGH WORK RATE! I believe that is one that messed up Marg, his work rate. His punches were not bombs, but he throws so many, he can frustrate a fighter over the duration of 12 rounds. Mar vs. Cotto? I like young Cotto. I've yet to see what ever else see in Marg, I'm just going to be honest with you.

Pressure on Mayweather isn't the way to beat him, I'm telling you! I don't know the way to beat him, but pressure isn't it. Look at his fights. (Hear me out, don't give me no nuthugger non-sense, I'm stating facts) Castillo One, was a tough fight for him and the blueprint seemed right. Well, when they fought the second time, Castillo had the SAME gameplan and he was out boxed clearly. Then you look at Oscar, he tried the same, but May adjusted. Then comes Hatton, who puts on MORE pressure than the other ones I named, and Floyd adjusted and beat him at his own game.

When did Floyd hurt someone? Ok, beside Hatton, he caught DLH with two flush right hands on the ropes. I forget the round, but the DLH was swinging all fast and May was on the rope and throw two sharp right hands and one buckled DLH's knees. It is on youtube, but I'm at the gig and I cant access it.
May is VERY accurate, and Hatton even said that. With speed, precision, and accuracy, anyone could get hurt. I know that he can hurt Cotto. With a solid right and left hook.

Williams also walked through Margaritos punches..who might hit harder than Cotto.

Cotto can crack, don't get it twisted! The young boy can punch. Did you see the shots he hit both Zab and Shane with? The one thing that I see about Cotto is that, he CAN'T take a shot. He can dish it out but when it comes back to him, he doesn't take it as well. Remember, he walks around about 180-190 pounds. He is a big kid, and he trims well for the fight. So that lets you know that the kid packs some punch because he is thick and his legs are big. I do believe that Cotto vs. Williams is a better fight, than him and Marg.

Okay, somebody needs to do some research on this Luciano fellow. He is either Paul Williams himself or his trainer George Peterson. This guy goes non-stop from thread to thread declaring how much of a badass Paul Williams is. I even saw him listed as the #1 fighter on a thread about the greatest heavyweights of all time.

Mayweather will never fight a prime-age welterweight like Cotto or Williams. His opponents will always be past-prime (DLH, Baldomir) limited (N'Dou) or smaller (Hatton).

Look for Mayweather to fight someone like Joel Casamayor next - he's both smaller and older, and didn't look good in his last fight. So he'll be "safe" enough for PBF!
