The same way that one judge actually gave DLH 7 rounds against Floyd. In their defense, I thought the 2nd was close, but gave it to Hatton because he did more.

they dont see compu box dude. and how can you give someone rounds when they are landing 5 punches a round??????? i think hatton only landed 30 something total punches. How are you complaining you have to hit the guy to actually win fights. the only person landing 1 punch at a time was hatton. watch the fight again. I think i gave hatton the 1st round and that's it! and that's an honest opinion.

When you are pushing the fight, and your opponent lands 3 or 4 clean shots a round, you are bound to win some rounds. Hatton may have only landed 1 shot at a time but he was throwing more and landing a decent amount of partial blows. He was pushing the fight and his arm was being held by Floyd in many rounds. This is enough to give Hatton more than 2 rounds. Pathetic scoring.

There were at least 3 rounds where Hatton's aggression was better than Floyd's doing nothing. Your aggression isn't 'ineffective' if the other guy isn't doing anything back.

One 'clean' shot doesn't win a round over a 2 and a half minutes worth of ring control and partial shots, plus Hatton was landing real clean every now and then as well in the early going with jabs and an occasional hook.

In my eyes this is a pure robbery. How can you score a boxing match in this way? I agree with Lederman's card until the 10th (I had two points for Mayweather).

          What do you think?

You don't score ineffective aggression. You have to score for the guy who connects clean and uses better defense if the other guy is just coming forward and not hitting anything legal.

Yeah, but that wasn't the case. Hatton was landing partial shots as well as the occasional real clean shot. Until late. our aggression isn't 'ineffective' if the other guy isn't doing anything back.

89-81 is a tad off, but more accurate then 82-81. After round 3, it was ownage.
