There are too many top Welters out there to crown Floyd as the king of the division. Cotto, Cintron, Williams, Margarito, hell even Shane, Clottey and Berto. He aint fought none of them, hasnt answered any questions. Last night he fough a jr welterweight. Previously he fought a fading ODH and barely won. So is he the best 147lbr, nope, not until he answers some questions.
