Floyd Mayweather is not the best welterweight

Floyd has now beaten Hatton, Oscar, Judah, Mitchell, Gatti, Castillo twice, Diego, Manfreddy, Hernandez, & medaled in the olympics. What other welterweight has that type of resume? He also beat 3 guys in a row who had been holders of the REAL welterweight title when he beat Oscar, Baldomir, & Judah. Can you explain the logic in your statement? Or are you just a prejudice hater?

I dont mind being called a FMJ hater although hate is a strong word but im not predjudice. He beat a faded DLH, coming off a year and a half semi-retirement who still gave him a close fight. His best win to date is Ricky Hatton who is a career Jr welterweight and showed against Collazo he is not cut out for the weltewight division. Please understand I am speaking of his current position in the welterweight division. Not his overall greatness/legacy, i dont even want to got there.

Ya boy should be running scared he is more predictable , slower and has an even worse chin than hatton. Floyd would ko that bum in seconds.

how about sharmba mitchell, hatton fought at welter and so did dlh so you cant claim because they have fought outisde of that weight that they are not legible opponents. So floyd started at lightweight. and still cleans up and own the welterweight division. Zab a proven welter as well.

Where are the top WELTERWEIGHTS in Mayweathers fights??? Calling Floyd the best Welterweight makes as much since as those who called Jermain Taylor the best middleweight during his reign. Taylor just like Mayweather tried to build a reputation fighting guys other than the top guys in his own weight class. We all saw what happened to Taylor when he finally fought a real world class "in his prime" middleweight. Mayweather is an awesome fighter BUT he is not the best welterweight today, he hasn't fought any!!! You got to win it in the ring. I guess after Mayweathers awesome win last night you could call him the best overweight Jr Welterweight since that's who he beat.
