Not if Floyd-Hatton is one-sided. If it's a close fight, then it's a respectable matchup. Of course Oscar is picking on a smaller guy, but he fought Hopkins so he's still all good with me

Just turned 29, undefeated, possibly loses to the #1 p4p in the world, and on the way out the door? What kind of drugs are you on?

        See my point exactly.

Ok so its for Oscar to fight Hatton, but you have a problem with Floyd fighting Hatton. Lets just forget about how ****y and arrogant Floyd is. Give me your honest opinion. I can go back and pull some threads were you bashed Floyd for fighting Hatton.

        Double standards.

Oscar should fight him at 154 to ensure victory.

I don't think Ricky would mind either. Everyone wins here, apart from Ricky who probably loses..but he still wins. Got to love De la Hoya. This guy makes guys rich.

But there's how the hate is manifested. Floyd just fought a much bigger guy in Oscar and is now fighting a 140 pounder (who is still bigger than he is) and he is being critizized. Oscar fought Hopkins years ago, and if he fights Ricky that makes two consecutive fights versus smaller guys. Oscar fighting Hatton is akin to Floyd fighting a guy like David Diaz. Imagine how much Floyd would get bashed for that.

Enough already about people "hating" Floyd. Floyd is probably even overestimated. He's not a "hated" fighter except for his personality. And no one of any sense "hated" on him for fighting Hatton.

This has nothing to do with Floyd. Try to understand that.

                      What are you kids smokin!?

Hatton vs Oscar makes more sense then Floyd vs Hatton.

I mean Floyd should be fighting Cotto, **** even Margarito. Margarito may have a loss to Williams, but it wasnt like he got his ass handed to him the same way Judah did when he fought Cotto, Tony's stock is still up. I mean if not Marg, then Floyd should definantly be fighting Cotto..lol Not a guy who almost got floored by Luis Collazo.

Again, I don't give a **** if you are P4P or claim to be P4P..You shouldn't be able to cherry pick your opponents.

But with Oscar being past his prime and how hes been performing below his norm, and his opponents limited, a Ricky Hatton fight makes sense. I don't think its a PPV/career defining type of fight or anything, but it makes sense.

Ricky's a tough kid, and he'll have just one loss after December 8th most likely, so it's not like he'll be blasted out of the picture as a name.

As for Oscar's weight, he's another bloated up Welterweight that tried to fight at Middleweight that has proven to be less effective. So of course he's gonna go down to where he feels he's more effective...the same way Mosley just did, ****in morons lol.

Not only that, but if he's still healthy and hasn't aged over night, and still is capable of lookin like he did in his last 2 fights...He'll probably smash on Hatton better then Mayweather can lol.
