Nope, The Floyd Train has come to it's last stop. I still think he's going all at it with Hatton and isn't taking him lightly or training any less intensely, but I just don't think he really wants to continue in the game.

    Thoughts?
He can retire and boxing can forget about him.

He has very little legacy to talk about anyway.

The masses consider him as a fake.

While most critics now start to see his resume lacks a lot of names that should be in there.

History will label him as a duck for avoiding the hard fights and settling for bums.

Boxing will survive a fake like him.

There's Pavlik, Pacquiao, Cotto, Williams, Marquez bros, Vasquez, etc.

He'll retire then make a comeback, like everyone who retires early. If he doesn't lose Saturday night he'll lose in the fight after.

Hate to say I told you so, but I told you so. This was the last we'll see from Floyd.

Seems like I got this one right.

            Strictly speaking.

            No.

But you did hit it close but not on the exact point.

Gayweather retired upon the idea of having to face top welters.
