At least Mayweather Rematched Castillo, Hatton was too scared to rematch Collazo...

I mean damn man can we please be honest ??? dont understand why people call hatton a warrior and this and that ... lol he (in my eyes lost a close fight) and then instead of rematching this man and proving people wrong ...he ran back to 140 ... who else has done that ??? lets take a look ...

barrera fought rocky juarez ... and won a close close disputed decision , then came back and rematched him and beat him ...

mayweather arguably lost the first fight with castillo (depending on how you look at it) ... he came back and gave him a rematch and won ...

Hatton completely disregarded Collazo after that fight because deep down in his heart , he knew he lost ...

    lets just be honest ...

Floyd rematched a guy people thought he couldnt beat... hatton was too scared to make a statement ....

and hatton is going to beat Mayweather ...

    nicca please

AGREE!! and yes Hatton did lose that fight. People talk **** about the PBF vs JLC 1 but never care to mention that PBF gave him a rematch won 2nd fight. Hatton loses to Collazo and is given a gift win doesn't rematch him and runs back to 140

Castillo vs Mayweather 1 was more controversial but i do agree.

You do make a valid point homie. People (not all but most posters) on here put **** into a double standard when it comes to Floyd. I agree with your post 100 %. Its not bias IMO and it brings up some good, valid points.

If you knock someone down twice, it's a 10-7 round. Unless it's in different rounds. Either way, I remember only ONE KD to begin with.

Listen amature. Hatton signed a 3-fight deal with HBO in order to gain some exposure in the states, so that he could eventually set up a megafight with Floyd. Now he's in the position to do just that. Rematching Collazo would've done absolutely nothing for him. If Hatton were to beat him again, it would've proved absolutely nothing. It would've been a complete waste of time, and only stalled his opportunity to be where he's at today.

Why the **** would he want a rematch? Collazo was and still is way to small a name to advance Hatton's record. A rematch would have been high risk/low payoff.

So in your honest opinion why did Hatton not grant Collazo a rematch?
