we know why people did'nt care about a Hatton v Collazo Rematch cause Ricky won in most peoples eyes & most importantly the majority of fans eyes

Floyd did not he had no choice but rematch Castillo or he would lose face especially when the overwhelming number of people thought he was acually beaten that night

can u see the difference the Majority of people thought Hatton won but only a minority thought PBF won

Your logic is wrong..Collazo doesnt have the same number of fans that Castillo had back in those days, Castillo had an army of Chavez fans after the mexican legend retired, PBF did have a choice just like hatton did have a choice of rematching Collazo..The difference is PBF did as he promised while Hatton failed to do as he Promised, No excuse about HBO..People actually thought Hatton lost but Collazo wasnt big enough a name to allow enough people to write and force the rematch.

Fact is that Hatton Collazo was a close bu correct decision with v ery litle controversy. Floyd vs Castillo 1 was a close fight that was scored as a dominant victory for Floyd, therefore it was controversial and demanded a rematch.

And by not rematching Collazo Hatton has regained the IBF title and his status at 140 lbs, fought the number one contender at the weight (the aforementioned Castillo) and lined up a pay per view megafight against the p4p number one in the world.

Would a rematch with Collazo do more for Hatton's legacy than a fight with Floyd?

People who dislike Hatton thought he lost.

          Lets look at this objectively.

Hatton threw and landed more shots than Collazo and also floored Collazo after taking the fight at 3 weeks notice in a different weight division, against the WBA Champion

          Lets not get over critical.

its not just the Mexicans in the crowd, im talking about Boxing fans who were'nt even present at the fight people all over the world had question marks about the decision ,hell there were Internet sites that had him in the top 5 of the P4P rankings based on the fact they thought he was the only man to have beaten PBF, u are giving him credit for rematching him he had no choice in reallity not if he wanted to keep his cred

Ricky won the fight against Collazo & there was no outcry ,u can make up storys all u like but thats the reallity

We have to agree to disagree, I ready pointed out the difference between a Collazo fanbase and Castillo fanbase during the time of each fight..Since you choose to ignore those facts then there isnt any point continuing with this discussion.

I agree with the bold bit there but what has him going on to fight PBF got to do with it? They same logic can be applies to the PBF/Castillo fight but people still bring the first fight up, He fought the guy in a close fight rematch him went on to win titles up to 154..It doesnt make any difference on the outcome of his first fight with Castillo mate.
