Ill tell you what...Gatti sure as hell did not look shot in the Leija fight. or the Dorin fight. after the Leija fight, Roy Jones and them were all talkin about how transformed a fighter Gatti was, and how tough it was going to be to beat him from now on between his boxing ability, heart and chin.

Let's look at Gatti's losses BEFORE Oscar ****d him in 5 (over 4 years before Floyd could brag on his left overs.) Loses to King Soloman (????????,) knocked down and stopped by Angel Manfredy, then loses to Ivan Robinson (upset of the year 1998, ie Robinson was a bum,) then loses to Robinson AGAIN, to make THREE losses in a row.

Now losses AFTER Oscar, loses to a 36 year old, 37-11 Ward. Since the fight was exciting, he gets 2 more tries against the now 37 year old Ward, which he manages to win. Then 3 more wins.

Now Floyd fights him, he's 33 years old with 45 HARD fights. Floyd looks impressive against a guy with one of the highest punch percentages AGAINST him around.

Gatti has had 3 fights since Floyd and has gotten KOd twice, by feather fisted Baldomir (13 KOs in 61 fights!) and Alfonso Gomez. YET YOU STILL THINK GATTI WAS PRIME ??????!!!!!!!!????????

I read your post HOMIE, and all you are doing is trying to cushion your own BULL**** by posting Dorin and Branco had undefeated records when fighting Gatti when they are both bums and nothing more than C level fighters, you showing that they were undefeated doesn't change that. I also heard your bull**** about Cotto beating Branco and that Gatti had already done it, but it's ok for Floyd to run around saying that Cotto or other fighters are beating his left overs. Yet his fans always throw the gatti fight into the argument when trying to legitimize him and yet to acknowledge that Oscar destroyed Floyd years before they ever fought. Is it fair to say that Floyd was fighting Oscars leftovers in fighters like gatti and genaro hernandez because Oscar destroyed him first as well.

Look what happened when he stepped up and fought a little better competition, he was knocked out by Baldy, and than he was knocked out by Alfonso Gomes for God sakes. i aint saying gatti is abd but he aint no a class fighter. yes he can beat some people.

what remains is that gatti looked bad agaisnt floyld but then gatti has always looked bad. the guy has fast hands but keeps them low and gets hit. he does not have a great defence and a chin.

gatti gets hit. the funny thing is he stands back at punching range. you can't beat floyld by standing back.

floylds closes fights were against castillo and oscar. the rounds he lsot were the ones where his opponents are very active. if you can be mroe active than floyld them i am sure he will be exposed. its just not anyone has managed to concentrate or be fit enough for 12 rounds.
