I am a big fan of gatti and love the dude for his heart but the honest truth is he was way past his prime!!!!! Look at the opposition he fought while on his winnning streak, they were all C level opposition, and he got beat down by Alfonso Gomes, another guy I like but he is not a formidable opponent. He was any many many wars before hr got to Floyd, how do you think he got his reputation. Forget his wars with Mickey Ward, that was one of the most brutal trilogies ever, and not to mention he was destroyed by Oscar years before. i could do the research and prove the may wars he was in but it is a waste of time when it is so blatantly obvious. How can you even try to make this argument all bull**** aside this is just a ridiculous thread.
