honestly, this bout is quite funny.
Roy Jones would absolutely dominate him and stop him in about 6 rounds.
Roy is possibly one of the greatest middleweights of all time. Not for his body of work, but for how indestructible and his potential at this weight.
Two different classes of fighters.Comment

Brilliant attempt to try and discredit a young fighter, at 25, that has accomplished a lot already, but still has much to prove, by comparing him to one of the ATG middleweights and supermiddleweights. Kelly is NOT in his prime yet, and he may or may not turn out to be as good as Roy was. The comparison right now is just silly.Comment

Roy had 20 KO's in 21 wins when he beat Bernard Hopkins convincingly for the IBF middleweight title and then decided to move up. Watch Roy/Montell Griffin2 and see how he kept his power even at light heavy.Comment

So what, he fought mostly bums until Hopkins and he fought 22 times. Pavlik's got 29kos in 31 fights all at 168. Roy Jones had great power at 160 and carried it even to the heavyweight division but at middleweight he hasn;t put out, literally tough strong guys like Taylor, Miranda, Zerucci and McKart.Comment
