Man I like Hatton but Floyd will pick him apart. I know anything is possible in boxing and a Hatton win is likely and Floyd is Human, not superman but If I give anyone a good chance in beating him it is Paul Williams. Pressure fighters cant beat Floyd, thats just the way it is, A tall fighter with a good jab will beat Floyd.
Floyd Mayweather..

i agree with moofo PBF has not beaten a prime great fighter on his way up. but he has beaten every contender and champ in those weight classes. so the answer is he hasnt beaten anyone in their prime unless he beats hatton but again he has good wins in the 140-154 weight classes. he has beaten they guys that are the best or near to the best. i think the judah fight was bull bc he lost to baldo but what are you going to do? but again he hasnt beaten a prime great fighter but he did beat the good fighters and the best of the division.
is all this argueing back and forth going to stop now lol.Comment

Wrong as usual.
He has beaten some good fighters on his way up I will accept but as yet he has not met anyone in their prime to write home about.
You simply cannot argue that fact.

Does this not expose your bias here, given that Mayweather is a former super-feather weight, yet you already have an excuse prepared for Hatton, suggesting that he isn't a natural welter weight? Is this not the scheme of your entire post, to artistically downgrade whatever achievement Floyd was able to accomplish above 135, while conveniently ignoring what he HAS accomplished at 130/135?The First of which will be answered on December the 8th.
Although he is already making his opponent fight him outside his natural weight category.
So now Judah wasn't the linear champ, and neither was Baldy, even though their wins are tracked in a succession leading back to Pernell Whitaker? But Floyd isn't the legitimate champ at 147 after beating both of them back to back? Umm, ok.
Oscar is a six-division champ and was contemporary champ, p4p ranked hall of famer who was 20 pounds heavier.
Tszyu lost to Hatton and Hatton refused to fight Floyd at 140. This isn't his fault, and he is fighting him now.
130-135 was flawless. Your criticism lacks merit and is rather sloppy imo.Comment

But this is what is expected of you , Dios and Vladimir when it comes to looking at Floyd.
You just can;'t handle the truth that he has been fortunate to have had some of the lowest quality opponents to make his resume seem better than it is especiallly on paper.
Same **** different day.
All 3 of you have NOTHING new to offer.
And as yet cannot name a fighter who Floyd has beaten in their prime who was genuinely the BEST fighter in each of the 140 ,147 & 154 divisions.
You just can't give us a name can you?
Why not just admit that instead of changing the subject?Comment

[QUOTE=moofo;2874306]
This is a generalized assertion that you've yet to support. The guy has fought 11 former world champions throughout his career so far (excluding Hatton) and has beaten them all. Us logical minded people who go by the proper standard see that as among the best resumes in boxing, if not the best. You just can;'t handle the truth that he has been fortunate to have had some of the lowest quality opponents to make his resume seem better than it is especiallly on paper.
Surely you're the one who created this replica of a thread which has the exact same format as the 80 million others, no?Same **** different day.
Well, I speak for myself and I'm not concerned with offering you anything as I simply disagree with your criticism and find it quite silly. All 3 of you have NOTHING new to offer.
Zab Judah was the undisputed champ at 147. Baldy beat him, then Floyd beat him, then Floyd beat Baldy. He beat the top guy at 147 with out question. And as yet cannot name a fighter who Floyd has beaten in their prime who was genuinely the BEST fighter in each of the 140 ,147 & 154 divisions. You just can't give us a name can you?
He beat the best guy willing to fight him at 140 and beat the most accomplished fighter at 154. Did he beat the best at 154? Probably not, it was already a shaky division as it is. The best was probably Cory Spinks, who basically got ran out of Welter by Zab Judah.
I didn't change the subject, I've merely addressed your misguided critique. Why not just admit that instead of changing the subject?Comment

I think this thread is kind of pointless anyhow.
I think Moofoo is just pointing out, in his own way, why he thinks Hatton could win this fight.
But thats all he had to do, instead of writing a masters thesis about Mayweathers resume.
Which is 38-0. Soon to be 39-0. And a whole bunch of mad ass Floyd haters come Dec 9th.
