Everyone knows I'm not a big Hopkins fans but if you can respect what he did after the Taylor fights, moving up to beat the #1 light heavyweight in the world and beating the Wright who was ranked P4P #2 then you're ******ed!
Ofcourse i respect him, although i don't think he's great at 43 i think he's good. Wright is not a natural 175 pound fighter he belongs nearer the middle or light middleweight divisions. He has done amazing beating Tarver though. I think calzaghe would embaress him though maybe even clinton woods could beat him but i'd favour 'nard in a fight with woods. The problem with 'nard and calzaghe is they are hesistant to travel infact i think both 'nard and calzaghe have fought only once outside of thier respective countries.

Hist style depends on speed and akward movement, which deteriorate with age.

      Bernard is just fighting crafty.

Well, Hopkins also is not a natural 175 pounder, the way Wrights fights a few pound does not make any difference, Wright is still great but he's also around Calzaghe's age.

        Hopkins last 2 wins > Calzaghe's last 2 wins

Why? because Hopkins' bitches had American passports? OK Calzaghe beating Manfredo didn't set the world alight, but Kessler, an unbeaten unified champion was a harder fight than Wright.

But not as good as Tarver. The recognized Light Heavyweight Champion of the world who KO'd Jones and beat Johnson, and reigned 15lbs above Hopkins.

              Tarver/Wright > Manfredo/Kessler

What the **** does that even mean? Come on man, Nard is good for his age, but at 42 do you really think he can suck his own ****?

I hope Calzaghe isnt fighting at 43, throwing 3 punches a round and refering to himself as the legendary Joseph Calzaghe. I think he has more sense than to bore the **** outa his fans whilst claiming how great he is.

Plus age doesnt mean much. Each fighter develops and declines at different rate. Just look at 29 year old Vargas looking like a 45 year old.

Probably not, he relies a lot on his speed and at 43 he might/will lose some of his speed... so i'm afraid i have to say..no
