what u mean none of the mayweather "victims" where at the time the top welterweights judah WAS the top welter before he got exposed by baldomir
and i refuse to admit a guy as limited as baldomir in terms of skill was the top welter at any time in my opinion margarito was the top welter by default after judah lost

I am afraid that Mayweather is the top welterweight but if he beats Hatton and does not fight Cotto then I will revise that opinion.
