dlh is a businessman and a coward. there was no risk.
    corely is a joke.
corrales was like 10 years ago.
    manfredy is aj oke.

if you are serious and think he has challenged himself more than 2 times in his career you dont know nothing about boxing.
I don't think you know anything about boxing.

So your telling me that Mayweather hasn't challenged himself more than twice in his career even though you agreed that Chavez, Corrales, and Castillo were legitmate threats nice way to contradict yourself and you can add Genaro Hernandez to that list aswell.

Hernandez was 32 he wasn't old and he had never been beaten at that weightclass do some research.

Ronald Winky Wright. Shane Mosley (twice), Felix Trinidad, Ike Quartey, draw with an undefeated Jermaine Taylor, etc.

              Kostya
              Casamayor
              Freitas
              Margarito
              Cotto
              Mosley
              Cintron
              Williams
              ummm...

Floyd was calling out Kostya, but Kostya went for Hatton first for a big payday and lost. Then Hatton blatantly said he was not ready to fight Floyd, and only said he was ready this year.

both Casamayor and Freitas didn't seem to want any of Floyd at 130, so he moved up.

He could have fought Margarito, but I'm not sure that would have done much for him. Who had Margarito beat?

Arum blatantly and publically said he didn't want to put Cotto anywhere near Floyd when they were both at 140, and just recently changed his tune (like in the last couple of months).

Mosley declined to fight Floyd twice in the last couple of years when given the opportunity, and only recently said he was interested.

Cintron got KO'd by Margarito, and still hasn't beaten a top guy.

Williams only became a major player in the division this summer.

              ...

the fact is that there really hasn't been great opposition available for Floyd to face in the last couple of years, either because it didn't exist or because they weren't interested in facing him. The only guy who was really calling Floyd out was Margarito, and that was mostly unwarranted.

Now Floyd is fighting the 43-0, undisputed jr. welterweight champion. If he wins that fight and continues fighting, it will likely be against a Cotto, Mosley or Williams/Cintron type fighter.

I don't know what else anyone could expect of him.

                Excuses.

Simple fact is. He didn't fight those guys.

And let's not forget what Fake FLoyd the coward said.

Well, with the extremely talented WW division, and with Floyd clammering on about unifying it, uh, maybe try fighting ONE of those fighters instead of dangling 12 mil in a JUNIOR WW's face to come up and fight him.

                    Yeah.

                    Whatever.

So we can agree Fake FLoyd is a fraud coz that list is extensive and yet he has the idiot balls (or lack of it) to call himself great???

                    Can we agree on that???

Yea because every fighter in history fights every single opponent the fans want.
