listen im not dis*****g that pac belongs in the p4p list... but second or even first as some people have him is wrong in my opinion. if pac fights marquez or the winner of guzman/soto and continues to have convincing wins then it will be justified

You just said he's over rated. So there is some dispute with you about Pac being on the top tier of the P4P rankings. You're downplaying his achievements over Barrera and Morales. He got a draw against Marquez, and by no means does that diminish Pac's rating as a solid fighter. Marquez can fight.

Let's rewind back to the Barrera vs Marquez fight. For the first half of the fight, Barrera was winning by outboxing Marquez. Then he got caught and the fight turned for Marquez. Let's go forward to Barrera vs Pacquiao II, who outboxed who? Pacquiao dominated by outboxing Barrera. OUTBOXING.

Pacquiao is not over rated. Maybe for you. Great. But I think I'm going to agree with the experts of boxing by putting Pac in the top 3 P4P rankings.

manny outboxed a 34 year old barera who's had brawl after brawl.... a barera who couldn't fight in anything other than spits and spats to pace himself.... as for marquez, well he's no spring chicken either, he's 32 i believe? may be wrong. by the time they get round to fighting again marquez will be even older. and you make the point that he got a draw against marquez... well aside from the first two rounds where marquez grossly under-rated pacs punching power, marquez gave him a boxing lesson

I can see your future: "Pacquiao vs Marquez II was a farce. Marquez was too old and not in his prime when he lost to Pacquiao"

am I right? or am I right?

i wont have to use such excuses... marquez will school him again, thats assuming pac actually wants the rematch!! listen this is fast becoming a thread where i come across as a hater of pac, thats not the case. i think he belongs in the top 10 p4p but he is simply given too much credit for his wins over aged barera and morales.... which in my opinion dont warrant a top2 or 3 position

You're using excuses for Barrera and Morales. Niether of them were beaten that badly by Marquez and Diaz like the beating Pacquiao gave them.

BTW, if Barrera is so old and was beaten by Marquez, why aren't you downplaying Marquez's victory over Barrera?

              At least answer that.

not once have i over-stated marquez's victory over barera. it was a fight i thought he would win and he did. every fighter peaks at a different time and styles make fights. marquez is a counter puncher so naturally his fight with barera would have a complete different feel to barera and pac

Because Barrera still had the skills when he fought Marquez just like when Morales fought Pacman on thier first fight. And right after that they are now done.

He was not a counter puncher with Barrera, please watch it again. I didn't say you over stated Marquez, I asked why aren't you downplaying Marquez's victory over the old Barrera as you are with Pacquiao's rematch with Barrera.

dude you're going around in circles w/ your excuses. you're saying marquez aint no spring chicken at 32 thats why it was a close fight w/ mab, then suddenly you build him up to school pac for the rematch, so which is which? they had a common elite opponent in mab but who made a stronger statement? definitely not jmm, pac outbox barrera.

and who do you have at the top5 p4p?
