I give the edge to Williams because of his foot work. (on the boxing skills) He moves and work off the jab(gives you different angles).I rarely see Cotto work off different angles. Cotto has bettered his boxing ability but I give the edge to Williams. Now if we're talking about overall fighter, then Cotto is the winner IMO.

I haven't seen enough of Williams so I wont vote. He does have a lot of advantages that I think would be tough for anyone to handle, the only thing though is he looked a lil shaky to me at the end against Margarito and I wonder if Cotto's constant pressure and body punches would eventually put him down. I would love to see this fight happen.

i think williams is definetely a better fighter because of his size reach and punch output. i think he would beat cotto because he wouldnt let him inside.

Williams is a freak of nature i was impressed with him against Margarito he showed good chin and good boxing skills plus amazing workrate the only trouble is that his punches are pretty soft but if anyone is going to beat Mayweather or give him his hardest fight its Paul Williams imo.
