who is the better fighter cotto or paul williams??

paul williams is a bad match up for anybody at welter weight ... he beat the man that i think can beat just about anybody at welterweight... Margartio ...and he fought someone that not a lot of people would fight ... paul williams is on his way to super stardom ...

i mean margarito ...then cintron ??? then who's next ? garuntee it wont be a wack one ...

Williams and Cotto are about a tie to me, but I gotta go with Williams overall....too many advantages..

Williams is the better fighter and would have the best chance against Mayweather, however against Cotto, if Cotto can get to his ample midsection, he'd take his legs away and beat him in the later rounds.

Cotto is a better fighter in my opinion. He has better skills and is more entertaining. But Williams has that whole size advantage so that makes him a tough fight for everyone at welterweight. Head to head I think Williams could frustrate Cotto with his reach, but in the end I think Cotto would need to start early and dig to the body slow him down and Williams would fol by the end, not physically but mentally.

Cotto is the better boxer, Williams is still green and makes alot of mistakes, much more then Cotto. Williams can get better in the future but not at this time.

However I will pick Williams to beat Cotto cause he throws 1000+ punches and is over 6 feet tall.

williams is the easiest of all welterweights to hit on the body what's cotto speciality???? but williams workrate is crazy it would be an exciting fight all the way.

I think people here are not understanding the question asked. The thread starter asked who was the better boxer. Most of u guys are taking it as "who would win between the two"
