when you match them up,and you look at ricky's style and cotto's style how can you debate who would win

I'd hate to see this fight. Cotto did somewhat a lot of graphiling with Mosley last night, I'd hate to see how much he would do with Hatton.

I think Cotto has shown a propesity to getting rocked. I think once Hatton rocks him, he will put him away, unless Cotto can keep him away with that jab of his, but I don't think so because he gets lazy with it. Would be a great fight, but if Hatton loses to Mayweather, he should have to beat at least one top ten welterweight to earn a shot at Cotto.

Cotto is better than I thought he was. He fought a different fight last night than I expected. His hands looked faster, he fought going backwards . . . he's not going to be easy to beat.

If Hatton fought him, Hatton would have to move in and out and try to take a decision.

Maybe it was just me, but I thought Mosley was initiaing most of those clinches...

I can't say at this point. I'll have to see Hatton in action at this weight at least one more time, win or lose against Mayweather.

Cotto's short punches would trouble Hatton...Hatton would do alot of holding but Cotto would fight his way out of it...hmmm, I pick Cotto to win on split decision...Hatton would get hurt in this fight...

                    Cotto screws us again, eh?

At least I got to catch the fight yesterday!

On the topic: I think it was more a matter of Collazo being tricky for Hatton, then Hatton being ****ty at the weight.. It's why I think Malignaggi would stand a good chance against Ricky.

So yeah.. if anything, Hatton should be healthier at WW-- and it shouldn't be an excuse anyway, since Cotto was doing it up at Junior WW as well.

To be honest, I think that Cotto would get muscled around by Ricky (since Shane was doing it) , and possily be put off by his constant movement, which he can sustain for much longer that Mosley could at this stage.

                      Your thoughts?
Cotto by UD or late TKO at Welterweight.
