Personally I feel the boxer puncher is the best style in general. The best of both worlds and more times than not a boxer/puncher is VERSATILE and can adapt to situations.

It's what I feel man. Every style has a flaw and can be beaten.

Well every style does have a flaw, but obviously one style is better than another when it comes to fighting a fighter who fights in X style.

A defensive counterpuncher is going to have more success against a brawler than a busy outworker IMO.

Which one do you think has the BEST chance?

A welterweight Joe Frazier. Constantly swarming, cut off the ring and throwing a huge amount of hard body shots for the bulk of the fight and then open up to the head in the later rounds.

Every style cancels each other one out, man. It depends on the fighter and his range on skills. Not necessarily on the style matchup.

That's why I think Holyfield had such success against Tyson.
