Who's better: Cotto or Hatton?

I've heard differing opinions on this when I said that they used the same style.

Some people say Hatton is more athletic and his footwork makes him better.

Some say that Cotto is stronger and more relentless, which makes him better.

What do y'all think?

I voted for Hatton, he is a step above Cotto and he has a much better resume. Cotto hasn't even beat an elite fighter yet, Judah isn't considered an elite fighter anymore.
