Actually Pavlik himself admitted Taylor took some of his best shots without budging and that it was just an accumulation of punches. I figure Pavlik himself knows better than anyone.

His trainer has turned out to have a big mouth.

No it's not and even if it was it doesn't prove anything other than Pavlik has knocked out more guys. I have only seen two of Pavlik's fights in full and it looked to me that on both occasions he secured knockouts because of the volume and accuracy of his punches more than the strength of them.

His trainer would sound more ****** if he claimed Pavlik would beat Calzaghe by decision. Pavlik doesn't beat any elite fighter over the full 12, IMO. He needs to land his money punch and hope it causes major destruction.

**** the Pavlik stats, ask yourself, who is been in with the better fighter, Calzaghe or Pavlik, cos the better fighter you face, the harder it is to knock them out.

                    I was under the impression Calzaghe's resume > Pavlik's
lol..so you know you can knock out a guy who has never been knocked out in 25 years of boxing...palviks a good puncher, but you cnt say he hits as hard as lacy or Kessler simply because he caught Taylor...before Taylor how many people mentioned anything about his power?.
for the record I dont think he KO's Joe..Joe to quick to skilled.
