maybe that only 3 people have ever survived against him, and he has NEVER been past 9 rounds...

AND he essentially stopped Jermain Taylor with one punch... cause that single straight right is what started it...

And i DEFINETLY think Pavlik could knockout Calzaghe. Calzaghe is a southpaw, and if you get a southpaw going backwards he cant fight. Its the same thing as with Miranda.

If Pavlik can get Calzaghe going backwards, its going to be ALL pavlik. But if Calzaghe can get Pavlik going backwards, its all Calzaghe. But IMO, there is zero chance of Calzaghe getting Pavlik to go backwards an inch

        Of course.

His KO ratio is is MUCH higher than Lacy and Kessler. He's KO'd all but 2 of his opponents, many of them in a particularly brutal manner.

Anyway, evidence aside, just watch his fights. He ****ing crushes guys when he hits them with that right hand. It's downright insane.

Pavlik got a stroke against Taylor. It was nothing short of a miracle that Pavlik got through the second round and if the same thing happened against Calzaghe it would have been game over. Pavlik will lose his rematch with Taylor but if he does ever step into the ring with Calzaghe he will be way, way out his depth.

I thought you were asking for proof that Pavlik has more power than Lacy and Kessler?

                Anyway you got it.

Prior to fighting Calzaghe Kessler had a 75% KO ratio, Lacy boasted an 80% KO ratio while Pavlik sits at 90%. Hardly much higher, is it?

I like Pavlik, but he'd be severely overmatched here.

He's going to struggle with Taylor in the rematch anyway. Lets not forget that the boxing dynamo that is Jermain Taylor had him in all sorts of trouble and was well ahead on the cards when they met. Moving UP a weight against a fighter quicker and faster than he is, with an excellent chin and, as he showed when he had Kessler in all sorts of trouble with a body shot, still has genuine proven power at SMW.

Pavlik wins a couple of big fights and now he can beat Calzaghe???

Yes he is a big puncher but thats about it, hes slow and lacks real boxing ability, c'mon be honest!

This fight would be so one sided in favour of Calzaghe that Pavlik would never be the same again. Lets see if he can beat Taylor again first.
Its not as if he was dominating the first fight, he just landed his bomb.

Calzaghe has an awesome chin and spoils his opponents by keeping them off balance and changing angles and never letting them control the fight.

Kessler who is ten times the boxer of Pavlik couldn't change the fight so Pavlik would have no chance other than to perhaps catch JC with a fight ending punch. Thats his only chance.

Remember that Calzaghe took Lacy's and Kessler best shots and wasn't particularly hurt.
