Wrong again. Mayweather hasn't knocked anyone out at light-middleweight. At weleterweight he has only knocked out Sharmba Mitchell which is, lets face it, not exactly something to write home about. At lightweight Mayweather secured one knockout. So all in all the vast majority of Mayweather's KOs have been at super featherweight or against dubious opposition at higher weights. I will of course be happy to eat my words should Mayweather KO Hatton but I wouldn't hold my breath until that happens.
Here is what's wrong with Calzaghe.....

That's because his power at 147 is gone. That's because he has had more fights at super-feather then he did in the other 4 divisons combined.Wrong again. HaHa.. He's an Italian guy. Not the most graceful group on the planet. This thread was inspired by the numberous Mayweather/Calzaghe threads out here.
The Kessler-Calzaghe fight was fast paced, aesthetically pleasing match.
With that said, I hate the way he throws punches. He goes for that shoeshine **** in every fight and the crowd goes wild, but I just think he looks like a ***** fighting his way outta spiderwebs. That said, it does get the job done.
So there...whatever you Floyd critics have to say about his fighting style that's what a Floyd Mayweather fan thinks of Joe's.
What can you do?

There are a number of points not mentioned here. Calzaghe was about to stop Kessler when the ref intervened to warn Calzaghe. Make no mistake about it, Calzaghe was about to do what nobody else in the world has ever doen, floor Kessler. When was the last time somebody with a proven chin and a proven track record was that hurt by anything that Mayweather did to him? Mayweather is a very negative fighter, his fights are simply boring. He moves well and has immacculate timing and accuracy, but lets be brutally honest about this, so what? No REAL boxing fan wants to watch a man dance and swing his arms occasionally for 12 rounds. If Mayweather was as impressive as some of you PBF nuthuggers seem to think he is, then he wouldnt be about to lose to The Hitman. Mayweather is all about the pretty side of boxing, where he doesnt get hit and can land at will. Hatton will drag him down into the depths of an all out war and I personally believe Gayweather will quit on his stool. He has even admitted he doesnt have the motivation anymore. "Why would I go out and train every day when I can sit at home in my mansion?" (Not exact quote but pretty much what he said). If he cant motivate himself, then how will he dig deep when Hatton takes him places hes never been before? In short, Calzaghe is pretty much P4P #1 now, PBF probably ranks about 5 if you were to put a FAIR assessment on things.Comment
