Find one source that had Oscar p4p when he fought Floyd. It doesn't exist. Oscar was over the hill by the time he got to Floyd. Lacey was a prime and highly touted contender. Big difference.

And like I said Miguel Cotto and Kermit Cintron would both get knocked out by the current version of Oscar Delahoya.

So saying that Floyd fought a old 50 year old whatever fight is bs.
Floyd defeated a very good fighter in Oscar that night who was bigger and stronger then him and was still a very fast handed fighter.
the 50 year old bit was just an exaggeration brother. just to emphasise that oscar wasn't in prime and gonna put floyld in hospital.

oscar was fairly fast, and is obviously the bigger and stronger guy, but power and size doesn't mean you will win a boxing match. boxing is a skillfull art and the biggest mofo's on earth would not stand a chance against a world class boxer.

i'm not dispiting that floyld didn't do a good job by winning. i am not happy with the way he said he was going toe to toe. i mean i was waiting for the fight because of the hype and was disapointed. that's just boxing for you though.

Lacy was also overrated and put on a pedestal he couldn't possibly live up to.

Floyd beat one of the best fighters of his generation in Oscar who was still good enough to beat all of the top welterweights other then Floyd and Mosley.

i hate how mayweather fans have come out and started to slate calzaghe, he deserves sum respect, he had a great fight against kessler,he had to change tactics,he came in rushed and got caught a few times, kessler landed sum bombs but joe took them on the chin and battled his way to a win,a true champion and none of you can say he didnt deserve the win. now to mayweather, a great fighter i aint going to slate him and say he is ****e,i jus blieve he is a great counter puncher and thats it,he can counter most people bt i still feel he can be beaten, same as calzaghe,bt i cant see roy jones or bhop beating him and they are the two fighters being named as his latest possible opponents, wot you guys think??

See Winky-Taylor about that. Winky is a masturful boxer and has one of the best defenses in boxing period.

Also see Taylor-Hopkins. Hopkins is a craft boxer as well.

Being the bigger and stronger guy gets you to alot of places.

Oscar just can't get it done prime or past his prime. A old on crack Whitaker almost defeated a prime young Oscar.

                That says it all.

the thing is, a prime oscar would have won against floyld so he definitely isn't the best ever hehe

i mean a more active oscar and a fitter oscar would have won by ud. i have not one doubt about it

He was fit enough. He was in the greatest shape of his life remember.....

Again see Whitaker-Delahoya for further prove on why Oscar can't beat Floyd.
Whitaker was on crack and way past his prime.

Also Oscar is a Floyd Mayweather wannabe. He wants to fight like floyd and do the shoulder roll and all that, which is why he hired Floyd sr to train him for 5 years.

Floyd looks up to Oscar's ppv buys and oscar looks up to his skills whether he wants to admit it or not.

Floyd is a better fighte period AND I have no doubt about that either.
