No matter what Cotto does, he will never be so loved like Tito. Tito was not just loved for the way he fights, but also because of his personality. Im not saying that Cotto has a bad personality, hes a nice guy but hes quiet and down to earth and doesnt talk much and is not as open and outspoken to his fans like Tito was. But i think he has the potential to be an better fighter as Tito was. We will see next Saturday.

Well he probably hasnt reached his prime yet.

And Trinidad has beat some legends sure, but none are as great or as legendary as Mosley (except whitaker) so we will see. If Cotto prevails then he is the new great puerto rican fighter.

However, Cotto-Trinidad at 147 is a blowout IMO. Trinidad is one of the hardest punchers of all time at the weight class, he was big and very strong. TRINIDAD KO7

Tito fight the best of the best u name it, like some one say "No matter what Cotto does, he will never be so loved like Tito. Tito was not just loved for the way he fights, but also because of his personality" they are differenet kind of fighters u cannot compare Tito's power or his Legacy, He will be always the proud of Puerto Rico, "El Orgullo de PR" no one can take that away

I thank god that cotto is not like tito. If he was more like tito I would not be a cotto fan, cotto is a class act not a cafre like tito but that just the way I think.

They are both fairly equal in how exciting there fights and styles are but its more of a personality thing than a "skills" thing.

Cotto is reserved, introverted, distant and perhaps even cold. Like he told Judah and othes "I do my talking in the ring" and boy does he have a lot to say.

However, Tito was much more outgoing, had a boyish smile and carried his heart on his sleave without being an annoying showboat like Camacho. Tito's heart pumping and post fight salutations towards his PR fans.

Tito will always be beloved by the Puerto Rico and will probably remain the measuring stick for all future PR fighters.

Officially yes Trinidad beat Whitaker but a prime Whitaker would have made Trinidad look very bad. That would not have been a good fight at all for how lopsided it would have been in favor of Whitaker.

Tito era un cafre? como? porque el tenia orgullo de ser boricua y lo demostrada en cada pelea o entrevista y el se defendia contra los ataque verbal...no seas tan comemierda
