He's awful. Manny is a guy who I respect and he is right on most of his predictions.

some ppl didn't take in account that joe calzaghe doesn't have one style. He can change his styles up. He was a great jabber tonight, I think Kessler was expecting calzaghe to be wide open the majority of the fight. Like throwing wide punches more, but it was Calzaghes clean crisp jab that won him this fight. And those jabs were lightening fast. He is a rare fighter indeed, not many fighters can master many styles but he has.

Joe fought a perfect fight to win tonight. Kessler did everything he was able to do and I had it very close through 6 or 7, but Joe just outclassed him through the second half. I was impressed with both fighters honesty after the fight. Class acts both.

Kessler was right about the knockout, but it was what he couldn't do that helped lead to Calzaghe out-pointing the previously undefeated Danish champion in their long-awaited championship unification fight Saturday night at Millennium Stadium, before a Calzaghe-crazed crowd of 50,014, a record for indoor boxing in Europe. "He crushed my dream" may very well be the new zenith of bitchery for a post-fight comment.

I had it even through six.

              I gave the Dane 2, 4 and 5.

That's some depressing **** right there.

Literally, what could Kessler have done better through all of this? Not a whole lot. It's hard fact of life to deal with your first loss, but when you did absolutely nothing wrong, and still got it, and it wasn't a robbery, that is some tough ****.

some of the best fighters have experienced the L. At least Kessler can try to learn from it instead of dwell on it with an I thought i won that fight BS attitude, my problem is the fact that HBO is so ****ing biased and are so obvious in thier promotion of a Calzaghe Hopkins super match that it makes me sick. Yes Calzhaghe won this fight but in the rounds he won it was never by much, very close fight.

Calzaghe outclassed Kessler as a boxer, not as a man. They are both classy guys and good for the sport. Calzaghe is almost magical with his hand speed and timing. Those hands just kept flying in there in the most unpredictable moments. Calzaghe is one of those rare boxers whose athletic ability and intelligence combines like a hand in glove. He acts as he thinks without separation. It was a great boxing performance against a dangerously skilled and powerful opponent.

Hey man Kessler deserves alot of credit, he fought for the full twelve and showed tons of heart. He will dominate the division and I can see him and Jermain making a superfight between them in the future.
