This is really a ****** question, of course Tyson would TKO his ass. You're forgetting that Tyson knows how to cut off the ring, and Chris Byrd isn't as slick as some people think, he sucks. He's a undersized heavyweight, with punches that hit hard as a pillow. Byrd doesn't have any power to to keep Tyson off, Tyson will simply just walk through his punches and send his ass packing with hooks to the body. Watching him fight is just ugly, I mean ugly as in amateurish. I can't believe some people honestly think he can beat a prime Tyson.

Well Tony Tucker held his own against a prime tyson and a young Byrd had MUCH more boxing ability than Tucker did.
Tony Tucker wasn't a bad fighter, he did beat Buster Douglas. The difference between him and Byrd is that he's a natural heavyweight.

i think byrd would cause tyson a few troubles early on but mike would get the better of him and ko him in 4-7 rounds

I dont know why people compare Tyson and Ibeabuchi. Two very different styles. Tyson liked to bob n weave to get inside then throw power shots.
Ibeabuchi stuck behind a good jab and threw lots of punches he was more of a volume puncher.

i think byrd would get stopped, like he did versus ike.

byrd may have been good enough to beat a prime quitali, but so what?

tyson, like wlad and ibeabuchi, would be too much for chris byrd.

Not a chance Byrd survives a Prime Mike.

First, Mike could take Byrd's shots all night long, without being slowed down.

Second, and more important, Mike would eventually connect with something and slow Chris down enough to land a big shot, whether it was to the body or head wouldn't matter, it would throw Byrd off his game and cause him to turtle for a short spell, just long enough for Tyson to unload.

                    byrd isn't 6'5, 230, with an 84 inch reach.

tucker was a true heavyweight, byrd really belonged at a lower weight class.
