Simple Question, so the Chris Byrd that beat David Tua and Evander Holyfield, could he out box and beat Mike Tyson?
Could a PRIME Chris Byrd outbox a prime tyson?

its a hard question but i chose yes. i always pick boxing skill over power. that is the only way tyson would win, is by knockout and Byrd had a good chin. Byrd also easliy gave a boxing lesson to Tua who is similar to Tyson and has the same style. -
Yes, he could. I'm not saying he would.. but it's very possible. A Young, PRIME Byrd had GREAT defense/reflexes and was a very fundamentally sound fighter. He was quick with JUST ENOUGH power in his jab to keep you at bay. He could hit and move, and make the judges look at your situation as worse than it is. Solid chin, too.
But.. Mike Tyson in his prime might not care about that.. and might just punch Chris' head right off his shoulders.
Point is, he COULD outbox him, though.Comment

Im i the only one who seen Tua hurt Byrd very badly and Tua let him off the hook or simply ran out of gas. It was in round 11 or 12 don't remember exactly.
Prime Tyson would kill Byrd sooner or later. Klitchko killed Byrd.Comment

Tyson would eventually catch him and hurt him, if Ibeabuchi can catch him surely Tyson would. Byrd wouldnt have the power to keep Tyson off like Buster Douglas so Tyson would just keep coming forward until the inevitable would happen.Comment
