I wouldnt say that its an "American" thing. Im american and i still wish that the Durans, Haglers, SRL's, Hearns, etc.. were still around. Now these were the guys who fought for pride, honor, and dignity. The problem here are the guys who embrace a guy like Floyd. A fighter who looks for the high pay/low risk fights. A fighter who calls himself the pfp#1 in the world, yet feels he doesnt have to prove it to anybody. Just in case you Floydboyz forgot.
