I know. It's ****ing ridiculous. Sacrifice your success and career for our pleasure, or we will refuse to acknowledge any accomplishment you have or will achieve. Real cool.
Strategy, it has a place in boxing.
So does defense.
So does toe-to-toe.
Not all styles need to be used in a fight.Comment

What do we care about Floyd fights that were made when you were still a ****** 10 years ago when you turned 40? We're talking about him NOW, and in his biggest fights.Do your subtraction oh wise one.
38 fights.
36 I claim do not involve running.
You just happened to mention 2. Wow, I wonder if we are on the same page.
It's not hard to admit that Floyd did not go toe-to-toe with either Baldomir or De La Hoya.
I have a hard time seeing how someone is running when they outland their opponent, but that is just me.
I have problems with the people who say that Floyd has done nothing but run through his whole career. It's just wrong.
And do not say outland if you're referring to powder-puff punches. Not all of us are sissies here you know.Comment

We get pissed off because Floyd always claims he is gonna go toe to toe and then he just runs like a scared rabbit. I understand that it is strategic, but he should shut his mouth with all his "I will go toe to toe" bull****. Mayweather will be running right from the opening bell against Hatton and he will avoid going toe to toe at all costs. Floyd is a great boxer, but I wish he would back up his words for once and actually go toe to toe. If he ever comes to the ring again as a Gladiator, I will literally Puke.Comment

Floyd is a puyee. That guy is not winning any real street-fight in his life.We get pissed off because Floyd always claims he is gonna go toe to toe and then he just runs like a scared rabbit. the difference is calzaghe doesn'y trash his oppoenets ever. he talks about there flaws and what he may do in a normal polite manner. he don't go in front of their face and say this or that. if floyld doesnt go toe to toe then i dont mind, but when the mofo says he will but doesnt then it is bark no bite.again that is so unfair. Tell Calzaghe to go to his 4th or 5th different weight class just one time and go toe to toe with someone. I bet a million dollars he wouldnt do it, e****ally against a top boxer and e****ally when he's really small like Floyd. It is so unfair when you guys say that. I bet you love Margarito. Margarito has been at 147 his whole career and is bigger then his opponent in 90% of his fights. He shouldnt even be at 147 but he's there. He moved up 1 time and lost to an average guy. He just fought a guy his own size and lost. Then some of the Margarito fans had the nerve to come on here after the fight and talk about how big Williams was. What? This is coming from the guy who is always much bigger then his oppoent and way bigger then Floyd? He was calling out Floyd when Floyd was way back at 135.
Anyone with eyes can see that Floyd didnt move up naturally. He's not big at all. He shouldve been at 135 until this time and just now moving to 140 to finish his career. Im not dissing Margarito because it is what it is but I always think it is so dumb and unfair when people say that about Floyd without aknowledging the crazy weight disadvantage he has and the crazy weight advantage some of these other sluggers have. Floyd would goe toe to toe with everyone who was the same size or much smaller then him like 90% of all of Cotto's, Margarito's, William's, Clottey's, and Cintron's opponets are. Also, people still act like theyeve only seen Floyds last 2 fights. He was going toe to toe in each of his previous 6 fights. He just fought 2 super big guys that he decided to box with. Its just not fair when people say those things without aknowledging the size. Calzaghe would never say that if he had to move up in all those different weight classes, e****ally if it was unaturallyComment

When Floyd said Calzaghe is the Best British fighter I doubt he was aiming a compliment at Joe.
It is more obvious it was a dig at Hatton.
Anyway why should Joe "respect" Mayweather?
Mayweather respects nobody but Benjamin Franklin in his pocket.Comment
