And I have gone on the record to say that I'm not giving FMJ credit UNLESS he unleashes a Gatti-esque beating on this kid. A regular 9-3 decision or 10th round TKO won't elevate Floyd in my eyes.

If he BRUTALIZES Hatton, then we'l give him style points.

A loss knocks Floyd down a notch.

is 2007 Ricky Hatton at 140/147 a tougher fight (or a better fighter) than 2007 ODLH @ 154?

      I say no.

I concur, however I think Hatton should at least be a good name to add to Floyd's resume when you look back at it.

Would have been better if the fight was at 140 though.

If Floyd loses this, his credability will be lost forever.

If he doesn`t win impressively, his whole career will be called into question.

The pressure is well and truely on Floyd, Hatton has nothing to lose apart from a zero in the loss column, none of these so called experts expect him to win.

Someone wasn't ready when it was originally offered so this particular person is the blame for that one.

All of this "lose-lose situation" talk for Floyd is just stating the obvious.

Floyd already made it clear that Hatton does nothing for his legacy, that hes only doing it for the payday.

So in that case its a "win-win situation" since he'll win the fight

yea, thats weird. would have made more sense. although I guess Welterweight is the bigger name division.

doesnt really matter...Im almost positive that Hatton will outweigh Floyd on fight night, so its not really like its an advantage to either guy.

Of course, but Floyd has an inherent "shyness" when it comes to Jr. WW.
